Our Shipping Philosophy

At Sofía Natalia, we believe that how your swimwear reaches you matters as much as how it was made. We partner with forward-thinking logistics providers to ensure your order arrives via the most responsible routes possible.

Rates & Destinations

  • Europe (Orders over 150€): Free shipping.

  • Europe (Orders under 150€): 20€ flat rate.

  • Spain (Domestic): 12€ flat rate.

  • International (Outside EU): Quotation

    Note on International Shipping: For orders placed outside of the European Union, the customer is responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon arrival.

Delivery

Processing & Transit Times

  • Order Processing: We value your time. All orders are packed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours, excluding weekends and national holidays.

  • Standard Delivery: Once your package leaves our atelier in Catalonia, the estimated transit time is 1–3 business days.

  • Europe: We partner with InPost for convenient locker deliveries and Maersk ECO Delivery, which utilizes biofuels to significantly reduce Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions.

  • Global: International shipments are handled by DHL, utilizing their carbon-neutral shipping options where available.

Tracking Your Order
